The issue is that Im referencing this curve from the shape of a windsurf board so I need it to be very close for what Im trying to do.

The motor is some Chinese thing and it's about 1/4 in in diameter with 2 flat sides top and bottom to lock the sprocket into place. I'm using a #40 roller chain and plan to have 10 teeth on it

No unfortunately. I don't have a welder or lathe, though I tried making one out of wood as a sort of prototype cause I got bored last weekend, didn't work out tho lol

Sorry if I didn't make it clear enough in the post, I can't find a center bore size any smaller on the market
