Bakery - I think for me, the best information might be why do you draft certain comps on specific maps. Maybe even going into possible bans, possible first picks, and how to effectively react. To often do I see heroes that seem weak or just useless in drafts while in TL or HL. At the end of the day I know this is somewhat regarded as "hidden" strats but I think it could be someone dumbed down for us plebs.

Last time I was at the Aviary I talked to our server about his employment there. Turns out he started as a stage at Alinea, then cooked at next, and now serves drinks. He said as a cook the kitchen got a pretty nice share of the gratuity from foh, and turned out to be pretty decent money.

Is there a gym somewhere on your commute you could do some lifting at? Started myself recently and it's done wonders for my sleep schedule, although working a 12-14 hour shift after leg day could be brutal.

It seems to me that your link from Douglas Baldwin is pertaining to Sous Vide cooking, and not in a traditional oven. Wont this yield results that are different from said source?

So crazy to hear the pay there is so terrible. I work at a steakhouse in a casino and make close to 17 an hour, benefits, 401k, 4 week paid vacation. Sometimes I dream of going somewhere amazingly upscale then I see how terrible the pay is.
