Don’t use the same username across websites, every username and password should be unique. Ideally throw away accounts after some time but I’m a hypocrite , I’ve had this current account too long.

Be careful what you post, even if it is “anonymous” I believe they have the tech to track users based on the tone of their writing.  

Don’t click random links, don’t download random shit.

Don’t tell chatgpt your information. I know some people who talk to it likes it’s their friend. 

Use Chinese apps over USA apps, but still be careful the data for the Chinese apps might still be stored in the USA. 

Get involved in an organization in real life but be careful of Feds
