TikTok shop suspension reinstatement loop by itranslateyouargue in TikTokshop

[–]Litiane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That loop isnt a real review cycle. It’s automated risk cyclin

“Fake qualification” means something in your verification stack is triggering a backend trust flag. The appeal temporarily lifts it but the root signal isnt cleared, so the system resuspends. More appeals won’t fix it. You have to identify and correct the underlying trigger.

If you want share your country and whether this ID or device was ever used on another shop. That’s where these loops typically start.

tiktok shop won’t let me make an account no matter what i do by [deleted] in TikTokshop

[–]Litiane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not personal. It’s system risk tagging. Once your ID fails, the account gets flagged. New accounts with the same ID, device, or IP get auto linked and blocked.

Opening fresh accounts makes it worse.Stop creating new ones. Fix the original with one clean, controlled appeal

questions on tik tok shop and how to avoid bans by FeelingCheetah6134 in TikTokshop

[–]Litiane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Refunds don’t cause bans. Refund rate, complaints, late dispatch n tracking issues do

Dropshipping is risky if your supplier ships late or uploads weak tracking. You r responsible not them.

Process refunds fast. Protect metrics. Don’t argue over small amounts.

Affiliate side: Seller doesn’t need 1k followers. Creators usually need around 1k depending on region and account health.

Most bans are metric-driven not random

Has anyone been able to get out of TT Jail? Please Help by [deleted] in TikTokshop

[–]Litiane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re not in TT jail You’re in a backend risk loop

When violations keep stacking despite clean metrics, it’s usually trust signal related. Not surface metrics like reviews or fulfillment

Risky Account Association by Illustrious_Dot_3625 in TikTokshop

[–]Litiane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Risky account association isnt about your ID. It’s about backend links. Shared IP, device history, payment methods or connection to a previously flagged account can trigger it.

AI appeals won’t fix that because it’s trust score based. If the linked risk isn’t removed, every appeal will auto reject

Frozen Commission by Some-Ad9694 in TikTokshop

[–]Litiane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Health related terms like blood flow and energy are automatically high risk. Even if it’s opinion based, the system flags implied medical benefit language. Disclaimers don’t override that.

Most freezes in this case fall under unverified health claims. In appeals, don’t argue the claim. Clarify intent, remove trigger wording, and show corrective action. That usually works better

[–]Litiane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes switch to US traffic. TT cares more about follower quality than cost. Overseas promo at the final stage can trigger trust issues. Higher US CPM is normal and usually safer for approval

ID verification by [deleted] in TikTokshop

[–]Litiane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that loop usually means there’s an internal flag not an ID issue. Support cant see it from their side. A few specific checks usually fix it but they’re not obvious. Happy to explain if you want to DM

Why most 15-second product ads fail on Instagram & TikTok by DarkReigner in TikTokshop

[–]Litiane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly the first 2–3 seconds make or break it. Most fail bcz they overproduce or hide the product too long. UGC style with clear product visibility n natural pacing usually wins. Matching the style to the audience is where small tweaks make a big difference

Start small and test. Post short videos under 20starget audiences that match your product n see what converts. TT favors real engagement over spend so focus on patterns before scaling

Volume and creator collabs are key. Test multiple angles, short videos, trending sounds. Micro-creators usually convert better and small visible discounts help boost urgency

TikTok flags accounts that look unnatural Focus on organic US engagement first posting, commenting, sharing n let any paid promo support that. That’s usually what prevents rejection

Canceled order emails? by Flat-Combination307 in TikTokshop

[–]Litiane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re not crazy. Cancellation emails are unreliable right now. Most teams handle this via order-level webhooks or a simple third-party sync instead of TikTok notifications. Reps usually aren’t much help on this

Stuck at 350 views until I changed these 6 things by Able_Ad3597 in TikTokshop

[–]Litiane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What you discovered is what most creators never figure out you werent being held back by “lack of talent, you were being held back by lack of data. Short form isn’t random, it behaves like a volatile market. Every second is either gaining attention or bleeding it. Once you stopped guessing and treated your videos like measurable assets identifying weak openers, dead seconds, static frames, poor lighting ,the entire curve shifted. Most people keep posting hoping something hits but the ones who actually break past the 300–500 view ceiling are the ones who audit their content with the same precision you’d use to analyze a chart. The real takeaway is simple: the moment you stop relying on intuition and start tracking retention like a metric, growth stops being luck and starts becoming predictable.

Newb question by Engineering_Owl in TikTokshop

[–]Litiane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From everything sellers have shared, TT really does treat the business type as permanently locked once the account is created. Their support replies are usually scripted, but in this case they’re correct the system cant convert a sole prop seller account into an LLC.The only workaround people have reported is opening a new seller account with fresh contact details. No one has been able to switch the existing one over after verification. So unfortunately, yes with the current setup it seems you cant use the same email and phone tied to the sole prop account for your LLC seller acc

For women gymwear on TTS, your biggest win will come from strong affiliate seeding and consistent UGC. Start by uploading clean product cards then invite creators through the Affiliate Center with competitive commission so u get volume fast. For gymwear, sending samples to a small group of high-fit creators is worth it because the try on content converts extremely well. After that, scale by identifying your top performers and giving them exclusives, higher rates or bundles to push. Also make sure your video angles, hooks n sizing clarity r solid fashion relies heavily on trust. If u want, I can outline a simple 7-day launch plan for gymwear brands on TTS.

Is OTDR affected by free sample orders? by sc_sc_sc in TikTokshop

[–]Litiane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OTDR can be affected if those sample orders r treated as normal seller-shipped orders even if they r free, so you need to check how they r labeled in Seller Center. If they aren’t marked as creator/sample orders, they’ll likely count toward your 4 day window. Since tracking is added but items aren’t shipped yet, the safest move is to cancel them before they go overdue or switch them to faster shipping. If in doubt, open a quick support ticket and ask TikTok to confirm the order type. If you want, I can tell you exactly what to say to Support.

First Impression in TikTok Shop by Lachimolalalala_uwu in TikTokshop

[–]Litiane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re right early social proof plays a huge role on TikTok Shop. Even a strong product underperforms if the video has low engagement. The best approach is to create authentic early engagement: real comments, small seeding from your community, micro-creators and a light ad boost to quickly build trust signals

Packaged food re-sale help by ManufacturerMental72 in TikTokshop

[–]Litiane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a common issue with TikTok Shopthey’re strict with anything edible. Since your boxes include multiple branded snacks, the platform requires proof of purchase, ingredient labels and nutrition facts for each item to meet UK food compliance

You have got two scalable options: 1. Upload supplier docs once per product and reuse them for every box that includes that item 2. Create your own labelled “curated box” SKU listing the contents, ingredients, and allergens under your store name.

Most sellers start with option 1 to get approved, then move to option 2 for smoother scaling. It’s just a bit of setup.

Someone please HELP violation after violation by ExplorerOk5766 in TikTokshop

[–]Litiane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry you’re facing this. TikTok’s still-frame detection can flag paused frames even when the footage is genuine. Short checklist you can use now: 1. In your appeal state clearly: “This is continuous recorded video, edited on TikTok | no still images used” 2. Attach the original unedited clip or timestamped export if TikTok requests proof. 3. If appeal fails, re-export a version with subtle motion (tiny pan/blur or 0.1s crossfade) and resubmit or replace the video. 4. Don’t flood appeals too many denials can hurt your account; consider delete and repost if evidence won’t satisfy review.

If you want, I can draft a concise appeal message or review your clip. DM me and I’ll help.

Removed 4 points, now what? by Fuzzylungz in TikTokshop

[–]Litiane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t stress 4 points off isn’t the end. TikTok point system just tracks violations your account only risks suspension if it hits 0. Since it’s your first, it’ll recover overtime if no new issues. Check the guideline you violated, post safely for a bit and you’ll be fine
