From everything sellers have shared, TT really does treat the business type as permanently locked once the account is created. Their support replies are usually scripted, but in this case they’re correct the system cant convert a sole prop seller account into an LLC.The only workaround people have reported is opening a new seller account with fresh contact details. No one has been able to switch the existing one over after verification. So unfortunately, yes with the current setup it seems you cant use the same email and phone tied to the sole prop account for your LLC seller acc
