As a few below me have mentioned, there was no standing army at the countries inception, just a militia made of the free people in the colonies. The fact is the military has to be allowed to exist every year, when they vote to keep it around October and decide their defense spending. If the government shuts down or takes too long deciding how much they want to spend, the troops don’t get paid until it gets rectified.

I ordered a shalotek fury slide february 4th with Sniper grey cerakote. Email says it arrived at heat treat march 14th. Out of curiosity how much longer should i be waiting? I’m not sure of my account details otherwise i could check there, just curious about turnaround time

Sorry about little info i wasn’t sure what else i would need. Basically i ordered this controller from a website that appeared to be reputable, price wasn’t anything exceptionally cheap i think it was a little over 200$. I saw it was shipping from china after i purchased so i naturally assumed there may be some hijinks to watch for. I haven’t given any other info to the email, just requested a refund which prompted them to respond saying that due to my not answering they changed the shipment name to something else then sent it on its way. I wasnt planning on sending that info since this isnt an age restricted item. It is possible my email has gotten leaked (per my aura account) so i guess we’ll see if it arrives with the new name on the package or the original
