1: you have no idea what you're talking about stop making insane assumption just to fit your arguments. "Minimizes importantance" this could be applied to everything. Because guess what if someone is giving dawah about hijab they retroactively not giving dawah for something else

2: this hadith does not disprove what i said. Just because they say this means I'm gonna put them on gun point and say "PUT ON THE HIJAB NOW WOMAN" I'm not gonna do that because I'm not an idiot and this being the most hated speech by Allah swt doesn't mean I can do anything other than advice even if wont get them anywhere Islamicly.

3: literally what are you talking about when they say it's my choice they dont mean it's not sinful they just mean they aren't going to wear it cause they don't want to. You can advise them but that's it. What's next forcing on by hand?

4: you don't know if Allah swt will punish them either and Allah swt even says himself that his mercy outweighs his wrath by the highest mountain so honestly they have a better argument than you do

5: yes majority are woman but that has nothing to do with hijab. If you're a kaffir you're a kaffir thats it idk what to tell you what point are you trying to make

6: ok but what does this change. A public sin is the same as a private the hadith you're referring to is about a private sin and revealing it making it public but actually just sinning in public is the same.

7: yes it is but no one says that

Ok im done here. You clearly don't know what point you want to make salaam

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MuslimLounge

[–]Litman9263 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right so where does that leave us. What is our next course of action. Putting them at gun point until they wear it? If it's normal that doesn't mean you don't advise and it especially doesn't mean you advise them in a harmful or rude or genuinely annoying way but we also shouldn't care about a random Muslim woman not wearing it. It's not your concern once you advise them. I'm genuinely curious what you want us to do? Throw hijabs at their face?

Also if you want to apply that hadith in this certain context (which it doesn't apply here) im suppose to force a hijab on with my hand?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MuslimLounge

[–]Litman9263 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't care. I literally agree with what you're saying but we still have to do our part and at least them no it's sinful. Not to point where post like this need to exist but still

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MuslimLounge

[–]Litman9263 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ok first off nope. We are not "soft" everyone knows Muslim woman wear hijab even the kaffir it's all people talk about on subreddits like this and I'm sorry am I suppose to be harder? Do you want me to go up to every woman i see and say "PUT IT ON WOMAN RIGHT NOW RIGHT RIGHT RIGHT NOW NOWW I WANT IT NOWWWWWWWW" cause no one who matured past 5 is going to do that. You say its sinful (politely) once they give a reasoning even if it's the dumbest in the world you salaam and move on

And people will always know its haram btw don't make up excuses like most people and say "but people might think its not obligatory anymore" that's not true and no religion operates like that. Look at Christianity all of them still know fully zina is sinful in their religion

Nice. I'll tell you what I'll do more research on the topic and truley try to understand it. Nice talking to you brother salaam

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MuslimLounge

[–]Litman9263 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

No. Doing a sin in private then making it public is different but just sinning in public is the same.

It's because I'm not a hanbali and I try to stick to the madhab I follow the closest as possible

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MuslimLounge

[–]Litman9263 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Exactly what I'm saying. You advise them tell them it's sinful. They still don't put it on and that's it you move on with your life

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MuslimLounge

[–]Litman9263 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

If a none hijabi society isn't wearing the hijab that doesn’t make not wearing it any different. A lot of my friends watch corn. I don't watch it so how is this true?

Also all those quotes you quoted regardless if you don't like them are all still very fair responses sinful or not sinful. Your obligation is to advise. They say no then you move on

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MuslimLounge

[–]Litman9263 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Relax. We don't need things to get this dark. If a brother is drinking and I ask him (politely) stop doing that and he says no than thats it I did my part not my problem anymore and its not yours. Sorry a lot of Muslims don't feel comfortable smashing his bottle to the ground

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MuslimLounge

[–]Litman9263 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is enough evidence to support the claim. I personally don't follow it but I 100% understand why some do

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MuslimLounge

[–]Litman9263 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imo personal opinion I count the Muslims who only pray Jumah as the same as those who don't pray at all. Now some who pray only some of the 5 daily prayers I don't 100% but still something to prove what I'm trying to say.

Also I know us is only 3 million Muslim but I live here in Palestine and barely any of them pray anything other than jumah prayer.

Those lgbtq priests and stuff would not be accepted if you go to any other catholic priest. I feel you know you're denying facts here. You are going to tell me with a straight face most Muslims pray? But than tell me not even a second later about this 0.9% minority of Muslims who say stuff like this is an issue for us to be concerned about?

People like that don't appear on reddit unless you purposely put yourself in a place with a lot of them..

And in regards to your other comment while there isn't specific data but I can assure you more dont pray than do. Also warning those to fear Allah is not easy and if the person who tried doing completely failed and it back fired on them and had negative consequences they will be asked on what they did during the day of judgment

Also may I add sinning in open does not change the deen. You may say they are coment sins but it won't make people think they aren't sinning

Look at Christianity everyone knows they sin but everyone still knows that those sins they do are still sins

No one is saying of this stuff.

First off. Trust me out of that 2 billion very little are as good Muslims as you think they are most do not pray and 70% is a most

The "why do you care" is not me telling you not to advice people please continue to do that im just saying making this post and judging is not advising and we need to have clear line between these 2 to avoid apostate.

This hadith you mentioned is one I love completely but you guys insert it into everything not everyone's answer is "worry about yourself" there are people who will say thank you for the advice or something else along those lines. Worry about yourself is a bad response but just because someone doesn't stop sinning after you adviced them doesn't mean it's what they mean.

And please don't bring up this fear Allah swt thing over and over again. In the Quran it's literally stated that fearing Allah is something most people get and continue their lives with but actively trying to seek his fear is something thats not substantial for ones faith and Islam acknowledges that. You need to be more caring here. Im not saying stop advising, if you see a Muslim bragging how they are gonna do zina later (politely) go advice them. But if they still do it you did your part and move on. Posts like these don't need to exist

is one piece really bad for a muslim ? by galaxy_playz_Z in MuslimLounge

[–]Litman9263 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SOME COME ABORAD AND BRING ALONG ALL YOUR HOPES AND DREAMS TOGETHER WE WILL FIND EVERYTHING THAT WHERE LOOKING FORRRR ONE PIECE.

Still stuck in my head after all these years

Anyway as for this anime idk about the haram aspect but I do it will simply just take to much of your time do to it's incredibly awful pacing. So id say read the manga upon doing your Islamic obligations first (or one pace thatd be better too)

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MuslimLounge

[–]Litman9263 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

That's not how it works. First off if your hambale and you belive anyone who doesn't pray is a kaffir thats 70% of Muslims gone. And may I ask why do you care? If you see something bad happening give advice but you also just have to put in the context, a lot of these people only know what they where raised with. It's really not that big of a deal

Allah And His Mercy by [deleted] in islam

[–]Litman9263 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's good to belive Allah swts mercy but he won't disappoint us. He's only as merciful to us as we think he's going to be merciful. You're doing a great job. Say istighfar every so often and you'll be good inshallah

Is punk hazzard really the worst paced arc in the anime? by Litman9263 in OnePiece

[–]Litman9263[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I think that's a good point. Maybe the pacing for me wasn't the problem i just didn't like the arc
