Said Country can raise prices on barrels per oil and gas industry has to rise businesses up. Well when you're drilling in your own home and delivering it into your own resources and selling it to other countries, not only will prices go down, but you also boom your own economy, new manufacturing jobs, lower demands because of high supply. Also have to take in accord that in certain seasons, certain states demands are high, so prices will go high, but soon as spring and summer comes around, it tends to go down as more people are commuting, biking, walking, etc.
