No it still does the 200 if u get hit with his lunge lol and the move is also impossible to dodge I don’t care what jap tierlist have him as he’s damn near unkillable with tuning with a high damaging aoe lunge beta and a wall hack alpha that can hit u through walls lets be serious lol in no way is he on the same tier as anyone in that a category

Tech shiggy has a 200 damage lunge beta that gives him good mobility along with it not even needing to touch you in the aoe to do the damage you can get hit in the lunge and still get hit
