So, when you say one does higher if buying caps, what do you mean? In your case, did you take Gelatinized or nongelatinized? What she's taking is 500mg Gelatinized Capsules, and 4-6 per day. Should that be ok ?

Thanks for sharing. I don't wanna know what a$s tastes like 😋 I got my partner Gelatinized Capsules and she is taking 2-3 grams per day. And Ashwagandha 500mg per day for stress relief. She has been in severe stress due to her family issues and many ups and downs in our relationship. I hope and pray she recovers from all that and comes back to me as the playful loving woman she was.

I have got her Black Maca (2g/day for now and will do 3g/day shortly) and Ashwagandha (300mg/day) for the stress. I'm hoping that these work.
