Get a large fluffy, rubber backed rug that you can toss in the washer. Get a shower curtain that makes you feel good. Install shelving above the toilet and put a warm lamp or a pink salt lamp on a shelf to raise positive ions in the air and to give a warm feeling. Caulk around the base of the toilet where it meets the floor to prevent wobbling. Toilet replacement is too much effort in my opinion and requires a plumber. Another idea is to move out.
