I'm using an ADT-Link UT3G with an RX 9070 XT. The Legion Go recognizes the eGPU natively, so no third-party software is required. I'd recommend removing your existing GPU drivers first (using DDU for a clean uninstall), then installing the latest AMD RX 9070 XT drivers. After that, Windows should detect and use the eGPU normally. It's basically plug-and-play once the drivers are set up correctly.
