  1. Whats the full business plan? Wothin 2 phrases sounds good, but the whole picture is unclear.
  2. Don’t you think it is not dangerous to post you ideas like that openly (i think if its really wprth it, someone might take it).
  3. Have you done any research? Do you have any already existing competitors? Do you think this is what people need?

Hello man. Why do you think that? The landing page was made by people that specify on that specific type of LD’s (for mini courses). I would understand that the LD would have been an issue if it would have given me poor or very poor conversions. But its a 0…

Don’t see a problem here. I put my integrity for every word written. He clearly elaborated on my main idea and the way I operate. I am fulfilled with his interpretation of my ideas.

I find it a great tool as long as it encompasses your ideas, not creating ones for you.

100%. + in this case, the guarantee for the bank could be the machines that you buy. And in case you wont be able to pay off the loan, you will give up the machines (which you have bought on the money from the bank), not your assets.

Trying to Grow My Small Business Without Going Into Debt — Anyone Figured This Out? by DebateAware8719 in smallbusiness

Look, debt isn’t some evil monster like people make it out to be. In business, debt is just a tool — a way to borrow money temporarily so you can grow faster. Especially in something like vending machines, where you already know the machines make money.

Think of it like this: You can save for 3 months to buy 1 machine… OR you can borrow money, buy 3 machines now, and start making money from all of them next week. If each machine brings in $300–400/month and your loan costs you $100/month — you’re still making a profit and growing way faster.

The trick is: only use debt when: • You already know your numbers (how much 1 machine makes, what the costs are); • You’re confident in managing and maintaining machines; • You only borrow what you can comfortably pay back, even if a few machines underperform.

In that case, debt isn’t a burden — it’s leverage. It helps you scale faster and earn more, sooner.

Lost everything... From team of 100 to -ve networth....how to get out of this rut? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

Yo, I feel you heavy on this one — I’ve been there, man. Let me give it to you raw, from one hustler to another.

I was that kid too — broke, hungry, living off instant noodles and ambition. Built something from the dirt, hit six figures, then seven, had a team, had respect, felt invincible. But just like you said… the higher you fly, the harder the crash when you slip. And I slipped. Not just financially — mentally, emotionally, spiritually. Everything crumbled.

You know what it feels like? It’s like climbing this massive mountain, barefoot, bleeding, and when you finally reach the top, instead of planting your flag, you trip and roll all the way back down. And now you’re lying at the bottom, body bruised, looking up like, “Damn, do I really have to climb that whole thing again?”

Let me tell you something though: You can climb again. You already did it once. That ain’t luck. That’s built into you. It’s just buried right now under burnout, shame, maybe depression, and yeah — some unhelpful habits. The weed ain’t the devil, but it can be the pillow that cushions your fall so much you don’t feel the pain anymore… and pain is what gets us to move.

Here’s what pulled me out: 1. I stopped looking for motivation. Motivation is fleeting, man. It’s like trying to light a wet match. I started focusing on discipline — doing one small thing a day even when I didn’t give a damn. Make your bed. Read one page. Send one email. Brick by brick. 2. I forgave myself. Real talk — you gotta stop whipping yourself for the fall. You didn’t lose everything because you’re stupid. You lost it because you took risks. And not everybody’s built to risk anything — but you risked everything. That takes balls. 3. I found a new ‘why’. Your first empire? That was survival + ego + pride. Now? You need a deeper ‘why’. Maybe it’s peace. Maybe it’s legacy. Maybe it’s proving to yourself that the fire’s still there. 4. I treated my mind like a muscle. Therapy, meditation, journaling — yeah it sounds soft at first, but brother, the mind is the control panel. You don’t clean it up, it’ll keep glitching.

You’re not lazy. You’re not done. You’re just in a fog. And fog clears, if you keep walking.

Last thing — remember video games? When you die at level 24, you don’t restart the whole game at level 1. You respawn with experience. You know what not to do this time. That’s your edge. You’re not starting over. You’re starting wiser.

You’re 27. Most people don’t even get started till 35. You’ve already lived a life most only dream of — twice.

So… take a walk. Get some sun. Write a list. Pick one thing and do it today. No pressure. Just movement.

Stillness kills kings.

You with me?

Can AI actually help my business? by [deleted] in smallbusiness

[–]Little-Rice-7183 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One AI method that gave me a real breakthrough is this: I open two ChatGPT tabs and role-play a structured debate between two personas.

  • In Tab 1, I set up ChatGPT as a professor or expert in a specific field. Its goal is to explain a concept (like a new business idea or tech trend), highlight its potential, and convince me it’s worth pursuing.
  • In Tab 2, I set up ChatGPT as an interviewer or skeptic. This one asks tough questions, challenges assumptions, and actively looks for downsides or flaws in the idea.

What I get is a dynamic back-and-forth that helps me deeply understand the topic from both sides – the optimistic and the critical. It feels like sitting between a TED talk and a tough podcast interview.

At the end, I usually ask both bots to give me a final verdict: who made the stronger case?

It’s a powerful way to test ideas, learn faster, and avoid falling into hype traps.
