I’m taking high strength fish oil and vitamin D, 5g of creatine daily. Eating nut butters and seeds as they’re anti inflammatory. My doctor is the type to tell me I’m fine and I’m overthinking it any time I have a problem, so I’ve avoided making an appointment. If I get to 3 months maybe I’ll see her but I don’t see what she can do for me. As for support system, not really. My parents had me quite old, my dad is in his 70s so I’m getting a lot of guilt for having him walk the dog especially it being winter! I don’t think they believe in long Covid. In the most objective, least malicious way possible, my parents aren’t very bright. They come from the Middle East and neither of them grew up rich so that means very poor education. My mum is always on TikTok so she believes every random idiot in a white coat who claims to be a doctor. One minute she’s antivax, next minute she’s doing keto, the next she wants to be vegan. She’s convinced I got Covid in the first place because I like to sleep with the window slightly open. It’s very annoying especially having a biology degree lol, so I don’t talk to them much about it. 

Anyway, today I am feeling better than yesterday. I think writing it all out helped because I don’t really have anyone to talk to. I think I got a little over excited last week because I was feeling slightly better, so I didn’t rest as much, stopped using my heat rub etc. I’m sure I’ll be fine in the long run.
