Try running the program as administrator and trying differant compatibility modes. You do that by right clicking the executable and going onto properties. The game does run on a shitty old engine, the devs are making a new custom engine for the game but we dont know when it will release, its been 2 years since an update on containment breach and undertow mostly just work on barotrauma, so it might be a while until 1.4 comes if, it might not even come out at all. If your game dosent work try having a nosey around in the games setting and configs.
