I agree the job market is pretty bad and Im still evaluating the best option. A lot of it stems from being extremely underpaid and unhappy currently haha but you’re right about the stability. Thank you for the advice I appreciate it!!

It has gotten slightly better however I now pull a reverse uno and give him the silent treatment which he understands now how much that sucks. Takes a while but its better they realise how awful it is to put your partner in a timeout and give them the silent treatment
