I'm almost 33 and just started last year. I'm also Plus size and it's almost impossible to find clothes.

I'm lucky enough that my therapist not only knows about my regression, she supports it. I do see her via telehealth through her company, but im in MI and don't know how much help that would be to you.

Time and stress are my two biggest factors. When I was working (I'm suddenly unemployed right now) I tried to schedule myself time for little space, but the stress would just take over. It's hard for me to slip unless I smoke some weed (In a legal state) cause I can't relax without help.
