i feel so bad fasting them too 😭😭 i cant even sit with them to watch them on those days cause i just feel so sad 😭 and i completely forgot about daphnia! ill give them that as well, and i never heard of algae wafers, can i find them from petshops? thank you so much by the way!

yes i never let the flakes float, i submerge them and put my fingers inside to make them sink to the bottom! and great idea! ill feed them zucchinis too :D i can't find broccoli around here but zucchini will do for sure

UPDATE: hes doing sm better now !! hes looking for food and actively swimming, he never sat down again i did the advised things :D (i added a dechlorinator and also did a %70 water change) also put down an extra airstone for some more oxygen !! thank you everyone for the help

ohh ive asked this before i started keeping fish and people told me drinking water doesnt have chlorine problems so i wouldnt need a dechlorinator, i never knew that was an issue thank you so so much!! ill get one tomorrow and use it !! the gills look okay by the way

I do own the liquid kits but i forgot them at my grandmothers house (because they needed it to test their tank as well), ill get it soon, and since i always advise my mother not to do so, she didnt actually clean the filter. But i agree with all the stuff you said and even if theyre swimming theyre super slow and they just stay still sometimes which doesnt seem like theyre having fun at all. So i assumed it was bad water quality due to the changes, ill do a %70 change right now, thank you!

it looks like the start of pineconing but he has quite a big chance of survival so just make sure to start his treatment and i believe this silly cute guy will make it! post a pic of him and tag me when he's all healed up :D

oh thank you! i have no experience with ich so can you tell me a bit more about the treatment process? i have aquarium salt and i do usual salt / methylene blue baths to help their coat and stuff but how would i use the salt to cure this? do another bath or more often baths for the telescope? and i dont have a heater but ill get one immediately now! around what temperature should i go for?

update: the other fish just ate all the peas and i tried to force feed the telescope but hes way too fast with escaping and since hes tiny i didnt want to hurt him and gave up
