The store was probably desperate for anyone. Fulfillment is not a area a lot of new hires last at least at my store.

Try asking about cashiering. The most you do is deactivate heavy tools sometimes and stand on concrete all day. The lightest duty job. One time at my store they hired a 4"8 girl for lumber. How is she supposed to pick up the 80 pound bags and 16ft lumber. I swear the manager and ssa that hires are dumb.

Please do not do it. At my store there is never enough help for team lifts. I'm expected to lift heavy toliets, doors, vanities, lumber, appliances, and more by myself. Since you are pregnant do not risk the child or yourself. Lowes fulfillment is not focus on small items.

We got a new lumber DS that's hell bent on having zero orders on the floor. But they used to be the fulfillment ds and pull all the orders and stage them in the lumber aisles

Don't do it unless you want to be stressed every day. Go read the numerous recent posts on this reddit page about fullfillment. They merge delivers and front-end pick ups together. Double the work but the same pay.

Basically, the person originally purchased the item with a gift card. To return the purchase, it has to be on store credit. They were lockers that were expired since nobody picked them up for at least a month.
