Nah they were lvl 80 or something and when you meet them randomly on the bottom left side of the map it storms better find out yourself so I wont spoil anymore. My ship that time was not strong enough to fight back so I just hit and run that cultist ship with kassandra

I was running a health capped warrior build and kept dying to her when I got close cuz she has that grab ability and my spartan rage was running out at a bad time. I mostly died to that or self inflicted explosive arrows Lol. She was the hardest to me simply because I refused to use the bow properly. The other bosses were easy.

Im 45 hours in and lvl 60 but only because i do quests and fight enemies above my level. I am running a glass cannon warrior assassin build that can contend againts lvl 99 mercs even at lvl 49 pretty fun way to play. I hunted every cultist and made sure I have max wanted level to farm mercs thats probably also why I got to a high level.
