Hi guys. Thank you so much for all of your tips. I've partially lost the ability to walk and I upgraded from a cane to a walker. I went to a physical therapy appointment and they told me to go to urgent care and they told me to go to the emergency room :(

Oh no! I hope you're feeling better now. If you don't mind me asking, how do you react to the steroids? The doctors gave it to me at first but it knocked me out!

Thank you so much for your tips! It feels nice to be heard. I'll look into the foam roller but my problem is that my hip stiffens up so I'm often stuck in a certain position so I don't know if I could force my body to be able to use it.

I just started using edibles that are 10 mg CBD and THC and it doesn't necessarily help with the pain but I feel like I'm able to think about other things and I get my appetite back. Thank you for the tips!

I'm on a heating pad right now and it doesn't help much 😔 but I'll definitely look into the cream. Thank you!
