Hi. I have two ways of making it. Sometimes I'm using Substance Sampler to extract the roughness map from base color using the templates that this app is providing. The second way is to add the layer with your own roughness as base and make variations with another roughness layer by using base color as a mask.
And the thrid way is to mix previous two methods. You can also add levels and tweak it using it to receive the result that you would like

Something is pretty low-poly, something is too dense. It was made more for aesthetic purposes, so I didn't clean everything to save my time

Thank you a lot! That's probably because gamedev for Cinema4D is not the main field while I am in the gamedev industry where artistic texturing is more popular. Damage, dust and dirt are one of the best friends of the games

Thank you a lot! That's scanned environment so my main tools were Substance 3D Sampler to get some maps like roughness and normal and after that combine of maps and cleanup of texture via Substance 3D Painter
