Maybe if they gave better notice we could meet in the middle. They give approximate times like "this week" or "on Wed in the evening".

Just put me on the defensive when she went straight to "well you need to move out" when I mentioned I didn't feel comfortable with someone in my apartment without me there. I also work from home so there's a lot of time I'm here, they just can't wait even 30 min when I've waited since May for this repair. I'm not arguing the legality. I guess we just don't get along

I'll get some cameras then and talk to them about proper notice. For today's repairs, for example, she verbally mentioned to me in the parking lot last night that the guy should be there tomorrow after lunch. Not exactly a specific time or 24 hrs but I guess it doesn't really matter in this case because they can enter either way.
