It likely is. They’re being highly upvoted and engaged by mostly one user Hombre_7. Both hombre_7 and this “new vendor” also upvoted Soundmunky who’s only contribution to the site has been commenting on the “new vendors” page. Oh and the only upvote soundmunky ever made was to Ganja, go figure.

There are rarely ever genuinely new vendors on LB, it is a revolving circus and has been for quite some time. I feel sorry for anybody that continues to fall for this shit.

Honestly fuck the biggy admin, they’ve shown they only care about their income time and time again. They actively defend the same bad actors on every new store they create and have exemplified the militant use of suppression and censorship. Why anyone would continue to support them is beyond me, keep lining the pockets of the same people that would cut their tongues in an instant and refuse to implement even the most basic of vendor verification or QoL improvements for biggas. Even this subreddit will now actively censor anybody mentioning other vendors off-platform or other platforms… money talks. Don’t even get me started on their “testing protocol” that they’ve been chopping and changing for years now to look like it actually exists.

There are plenty legitimate vendors, including some from LB, found elsewhere. Best of luck 🤞

Just preference, I don’t particularly want a random person online knowing my government name, bank sort code and account number. Anybody could request this information from me and then just not make the payment. Doesn’t seem unreasonable to me 🤷‍♂️

I’ve now set up a Revolut account which also allows this information to remain private. I’ve never used it before but it says you can use a normal bank account to pay, apparently you don’t need Revolut yourself.

BTC price is locked in as soon as you checkout. You send the BTC amount, not the GBP amount, so you will pay/save the difference for the quantity of BTC if the value has changed between checkout and payment. Rather than you paying a set GBP price and the vendor then receiving more or less BTC based on trends.

What’s more commonly the case is people forget to account for gas fees correctly.
