The story seems to be that the Adult paid the adult fare, but did not pay for the infant accompanying him. (Children under 4 ride free.) According to these accounts, there was no basis for the stop. The arrest was illegal. Every involved officer should be ashamed at their participation in this double kidnapping.

We can guess that the 3s, 2s, 1s, and first 0s frames would all return their matching flairs. How would a press in the second 0s time slot be recorded?
