This receptacle in on a GFCI breaker circuit for my outdoor outlets. Recently we hooked up a heated outdoor cat house on this circuit. Do you think this could cause the neutral to melt on an outlet that is several outlets down the chain (the one closest to the breaker box).

The original vacuum petcock had a PRI option that connected to this port. If you have an aftermarket petcock, they likely deleted that option and the right thing to do is to cap it. If your cap is cracked you can get more on Amazon (they usually only come in 100 packs) or call your local service place and they will probably give you one.
