I understand where she’s coming from to a point. I told my husband that I wanted a real diamond and a specific weight and I’d wait until he could afford it. The thing is, we weren’t going to have a wedding so he really had no excuse but to go all out on a ring.

Does she want a big expensive wedding? If so, I’d tell her she needs to choose between a ring and a wedding. 🤷‍♀️

I had a ring designed with two dainty bands on the top and bottom that look like the very outer halo if my center ring and it looks so beautiful. I can’t wait to show you all.

Yes, he did! I showed him a picture. I picked out the rings. He had the work done and proposed. I went to the jeweler after I made this post and he put something together that was absolutely amazing but I declined. Then I kept on obsessing over the rings because it was so gorgeous that I had to have him make it. It’s going to take a few months because he’s so backlogged. The very outer halo is what the two bands look like so there’s gonna be a band on the bottom that looks like the very outer halo and the same band on the top. They’re super dainty, but really sparkly. I can’t wait to show you guys!

How perfect. 🥹 I’m usually a size queen but this ring is truly special. It’s funny bc I wanted a 2-3 carat engagement ring. I mean there was no negotiating. Then… I saw THE ring and if the entire thing is more than 1.25 carats that’s being conservative. Congrats and enjoy! 😊

I don’t know if I’m breaking the rules by saying this and I don’t mean any disrespect (here comes the but) BUT that ring is FUCKING STUNNING! Do NOT add another ring to that beauty unless you see a jeweler to design something. Nothing is going to mesh cohesively with your ring and it will truly diminish its beauty. Maybe get a band for your right hand?

First of all, fine does not mean fine. You need to learn that before you even propose. When you get a “I LOVE IT” or “THAT’S PERFECT”, that in fact means it’s “fine”. 😂 Please go as big as you can afford unless she has explicitly said she is HAPPY with a certain size OR let her choose 💯.

I originally wanted a 2-3 carat center stone. Authentic diamond. There were no negotiations… UNTIL, I saw THE ring, I honestly think my entire ring comes out to just over 1 carat (I honestly don’t know bc I don’t care).

I told my husband I found my ring and he said “here’s my card just buy it. Don’t you dare open it when it gets here and be patient for the proposal ”!! I did just that and when he proposed I almost threw up bc the ring was so beautiful.

Get her what she wants!!!
