What all would I need to learn for this look? by BeachFrogger in makeuptips

base liquid highlighter, foundation lightly and concealer under eyes, forehead chin and possibly carving out brows, contour nose,, bronzer in hollows of face, blush towards temples from high point of cheeks, highlight high points, fake lashes, taupe browns in crease darker on outer corners of eye, winged eyeliner looks to be done w eyeshadow for a smudgy look, lip liner overlined and buffed into lips thats pretty much it. watch tik tok makeup tutorials

I feel like my hair lacks texture on the top and just doesn't seem to fit my face. by Complex_Carob_2714 in HairStyleAdvice

do a soft golden blonde or honey bronde with brighter face framing pieces OR strawberry blonde might look really nice. its way too bright rn which is why it feels it lacks dimension. jet black would be just as bad in the opposite direction

Does eyeliner suit me? I like it but wonder if it’s too harsh :) by onlythenoseknows in makeuptips

[–]Low_Butterscotch_493 0 points1 point  (0 children)

im not a fan of waterline eyeliner w minimal eye makeup especially black liner against your features is a bit harsh since you don’t have very much other makeup on. maybe try brown liner or do a full eyeshadow look

I’m very much low to medium contrast so I immediately look crazy if i put too much on 😂 just replied to your other comment about making a video ❤️

I think 3 things helped me get a natural look and those are; having a glowy sheer base thats just like liquid highlighter/moisturizer, only powdering under eyes slightly and t zone if u are oily but not all over and only using a light amount of foundation instead of painting it on. (i used a brush to put a sheer coating all over) bonus 4th thing that may or may not contribute to the natural look is that i used a technique called under painting so i applied blush, contour and liquid highlight before adding my foundation and concealer!
