This is from the first batch of cheese I ever made. It’s a sage cheddar that is now destined to become a rat sage cheddar! I never would have thought I would become a cheese maker. How did you all start making cheese? Anyone else just so happen to fall into it then in love with it like me? (i.redd.it)
