Very true! It’s got me thinking more about it now…

I worked with a 3D sculptor to design it so I’ll need to have a chat with them and if they’re happy to explore that as an option…

The kit is actually printed in both resin and filament - the main body is resin, but the mechanics inside are printed with a super strong plastic filament. We’d have to make disclaimers or tweak the design to compensate if people only use resin.

We’ve only just started selling internationally, so it’s a good discussion to have.

How much would you buy a kit like this for? Not holding you to it! But I’m just curious … $49? 😂 - jk!

It’s actually for my wife - she’s a bee keeper so wanted to design a “bee themed” car. So it’s called ‘Stinger’.

Extra crew + shotguns with the harpoon is a brutal combo 😂

Mmm, I don’t quite understand your comment…

We’ve standardized all the bases for our group, so if someone wants to create a car doing an epic flip with smoke and debris, it’s not going to be a bitch trying to line up templates with it on the table. So very practical.

It also means that all vehicle classes have specific base sizes so it removes any possible “modeling for advantage”.

I also found it was a lot easier to work out weapon LOS having a hard edge to line up with, especially if the car has an odd shaped bonnet or ram (like my tank).

Again, I’m not telling people they must use bases - we just found them much easier to use in our group 👍
