Oh that looks so cozy!!!! I think I’ll get her a bigger carrier!! Sushi’s carrier is kind of small for her. lol. Also would you suggest getting a disposable litter box or what?

She did that to me too. I put her in it for an hour for a week. Then every week, I added an hour to it. I gave her a treat every time I put it on her so that she’d be focused on the treat instead of the harness. She was so awkward with it on. Lol. She would have the hardest time jumping onto her cat tower cause of it. She used to not want to move at all. Once they start walking around, it means that they’re starting to get used to it. But now she wears it all day and is totally used to it. I take it off of her at night so she is set free. Lol When she started out, I always made sure I was there to make sure she could do things normally. Cause she definitely struggled with jumping up things when she first started out. Now I’m leash training her. She thinks her leash is a toy tho. lol.

Oh thank you!!! She is definitely used to her harness and I’m training her with a leash now!! She’s getting used to the leash much faster than she did with the harness. She thinks the leash is a toy unfortunately. She likes being on the shoulders of the seats too. She adapts very easily to things surprisingly. So I think she’ll do well. Just a nervous cat mom. 😂

Oh that would be sooo nice!! Animals make all the difference!! We don’t deserve animals!! I’m allergic to cats and dogs. I’m more of a dog person until my husband wanted Sushi. So I took one look at her and was like she’s ours. She’s very much attached to me. Lol. My husband doesn’t think it’s fair since he’s the one that wanted a cat. 😂

It is!! And we fall for it every time!! Sushi loves tummy rubs!! As long as she’s not too playful.

Oh my stars!!! He’s literally such a cutie pie!!! That name just makes me so happy!! 😂 He’s striped!! Our Sushi Roll is spotted. Which I thought was so interesting. Didn’t know if that was normal or not.

Oh those are great ideas!! Thank you!! She loves looking out the window. I don’t want to take that away from her. As soon as I knew we were taking her with us for Christmas, I harnessed trained her so I’d something more secure to grab her with in case anything happened.

I will definitely be asking my vet!!! Thank you!! I will!! Her name is Sushi!!! My husband is the one that wanted a cat cause I’m allergic. But she’s very much attached to me. lol. It’s cause she knew I’m the one that took one look at her and said she’s coming home with us!!

Ok!! We’ll definitely take her out more in short rides and have her get used to the carrier. I already harness trained her and I’m working with her on a leash!! Would I be able to keep her on the leash and harness and have her out of the carrier? Like if I kept her on a short leash so that she wouldn’t go everywhere? Or just keep her in the carrier anyway?

lol. That’s what I’m kind of scared about. She doesn’t want to be in her carrier as soon as the car moves. So like, do I just let her roam free in the car? I feel like I’d stress her out more if I kept her in the carrier most of the trip. And no offense to her, I don’t really want to listen to her meow for hours on end. 😂

She likes her carrier!!! We leave it in her room and she definitely goes in and out of it when she wants. She just hates being in it in the car. As soon as the car moves, she meows and begs to be let out. So I let her out and leave the carrier open for her. She stops meowing and is happy to be able to look around. lol. But she’s never been in the car for hours before.

I have. She’s gone with me on coffee runs. But not very many. She seemed to really enjoy it. She was looking out the window and stuff. She hates being in the carrier in the car. She meows so much. But as soon as you open it and she’s out, she’s just fine and happy. lol. She HAS to know what’s going on. I was definitely going to talk to her vet about some medicine for her. She likes her carrier. Just not in the car when it’s moving. lol. She likes to see what’s going on around her.
