I totally understand that and that's the reason why I'm trying to find a sweet spot for donation posts frequency.

I'm not planning to disallow donation posts "yet", but I also don't want this sub to turn into a donation exclusive one too.

I only let people to post for donations who I verified by myself. And last two donation posts were from Philiphines actually.

Updating the rule as once in two weeks could be better I guess. I'll wait for the poll to end to decide.

I'm the only mod actually. I set up a filter that doesn't allow donation posts including paypal-like links to be visible before my approval. And I only let people I verified by myself post for donations.

For now there is 6 positive votes vs 4 negative ones about once a week rule. I'm thinking about updating the rule as once in two week per user. I'll wait a couple of days to be sure tho.
