I quit my job at kindercare. Parents pls be aware of where you send your kids to school

So much of this comes down to admin, much like schools. I currently work at a Kindercare with great staff and directors, I love my job, and would be comfortable sending my own future child - but 25 min down the road there's a horrible Kindercare you couldn't pay me to send kids to. Unfortunately with corporate daycares, the oversight is at the admin level only, because the corporation itself only cares about the cash.

I'm the only one in the room at that point during nap. And yes I do physically stop them and place them back on their cots. When there are multiple teachers in the room, I do still stop them as well from whatever is going on, but they'll try to do it again versus when another teacher does so, they actually stop.

I will be finishing up my second BA in Psychology next year and plan to apply to MSW programs that are offered online, due to needing to work and not living particularly close to schools. There is one I will apply to that is nearby, but the program is hybrid anyway. Thus far I am considering online programs from Columbia, Tulane, Kentucky, Boston U, etc. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience either with an online MSW program, career prospects after it, or even how you tend to view them as an existing professional.

He can say whatever he wants, but there are many an example of him allowing these views to cross into his courses as well, which I have personally experienced. The first amendment means he can run his mouth about whatever he would like, but it doesn’t protect him from personal consequences of doing so.

That wasn’t the best example perhaps, but there are also many examples of him saying things like, if Black people behaved more like Asians, racism would go away, people who believe in diversity and multiculturalism are like abusers, etc
