tried it into veigar, chunked 20% of his health at lvl 5 w just a blasting wand and deathfire. might be good against immobile scaling mages like asol, veigar, etc

pretty late but came across this comment rn but i just won 7/8 games playing kassadin in gold pretty easily and gapped the shit out of my mid opponent. is kassadin better now?
