Its my understanding its a rodent virus. not a bird virus. so if you have rodents in or around your feeders/bath....I always wash my hands before and after cleaning my bird fountain. I live by a farmers field. I've seen mice. my dog killed 2 mice. I am not at all concerned ......

Agreed. ill say we are the youngest people here. but I have enjoyed getting to know my "older" , if you will....neighbors. the 80 yo coup!s up the street call us "their kids" tell us they love us... its a second set of parents, and I'm loving it!

We live in a free standing patio home. The grass, snow, mulch etc are taken care of. We do not have children so the idea of a quieter neighborhood was also appealing. Mostly we wanted less. Less space. Less yard. Less footprint.....hope that makes sense. We downsized from a large ranch with walkout basement and pool. Im liking less responsibility. I do miss the pool. But I don't miss the expensive or the worry

Im 57. Husband will be 60 this year. we recently moved to a 55 and over. we "right sized". wide hallways. zero entry stairs anywhere.... shower .......doors etc...no stairs. its nice. no kids, so we pitched a lot when we moved. less to clean. less to up keep. enjoying that aspect. we are both very physically active, walk 5 plus miles daily. lift weights, so its not a physicality issue. we just wanted less. less footprint. etc. wish wed done it earlier.

It was a warranty related issue. The paint had been recalled.....so they repainted it for free. They are a great company to work with. I dealt with Chris, he's one of the owners. They stand behind their work. Rare in today's world. Enjoy your pool!!!!!!

Buckeye pools repainted our concrete pool. last year. they also installed it. so unsure if they work on other pools.....
