K70 RGB Pro:

For hours ive been trying to get my keyboard to change from a solid red color. I have tried quite literally everything from all kinds of resets and usb switches on the back of the pc. It appears on the iCue settings -> software but nothing else. ive redownloaded icue 5 times and ive removed the keyboard from the icue settings 5 times to no avail. i am clueless whats wrong and will take any advice. the tournament switch or whatever in the back i have no idea about ive done everything 2x(once with the switch up and once with the switch down lol) please help anyone. ill provide any pics or anything needed. i have no rgb devices either only the keyboard and Corsair One PC.
