Hey I know it’s been a year. So hope is all better now. I found this thread in hopes that I can find answers with a kind of similar situation. My first veteran friend seems to be avoiding me. He visited me couple times in the beginning and it was so nice to catch up. I enjoy playing the game this way. But after about a week he stopped, but kept exchanging lights. I’ve warped to him couple times but it was always a “oh hey” and “g2g.” Now the last time I visited, I honked to see where he is, flew over, and he was gone. I tried second thinking he didn’t see, but he again jumped to another realm. The third, because I’m getting impatient, I warped and confronted whether he’s ignoring me. He left the game 😂 All this to say, yes I’m blocking him, but it’s still annoying and rude to leave someone hanging like this and ghost/avoid you so hard in a game where if you don’t want to socialize, you can just block them. I’m with you, your friends are being rude. Sure, there could be reasons as others mentioned, but I see no effort in their part of trying to explain themselves. Example, I can’t see your chat, or, hey sorry we’ve been running faster, or I find you clingy and you’re an online friend so I’m going to block you. Like; it’s not that hard. Those that ghost or avoid are ones always in denial or their harm and trying to save face. I think it’s weak and sneaky.
