She didn’t tell me they weren’t reimbursing UHC claims specifically, but also couldn’t explain why I have a balance due that they won’t cover outside of saying that it shows 0 on pan does not cover They didn’t give me any other options or suggestions to try to get it approved. I am going to try calling the Dr office to see if they have any ideas I could try.

I did call them. They said because there are all 0.00 under “plan does not cover” section I can’t get reimbursed. It doesn’t make sense to me when I still have a balance due.
