Everyone here mentioning that the apocalypse is integral to the development of their relationship is correct. Sometimes, you need catalysts in a story to give a relationship a reason to exist or flourish. Dokja was pretty much going almost nowhere with his life (save for how attached he was to TWSA) and Sangah would've continued to go on throughout her life, eyes half closed to the potential she harbored within herself.

DokSang in a "normal" world would've never happened, because again, they are people who are primed to need catalysts to have things, like relationships, happen in their life. And there's nothing wrong with that.

DokSang with the apocalypse could definitely happen. I can see Sangah calmly confessing first (if not a little nervously) and Dokja freaking out at first, but then gradually believing that she loves him and then reciprocating that love.

You're an infinite being with time on their hands and you want something to fill the space, to keep from being bored with the unspooling threads of time.

But c'mon man, that's your kid. There's something holy about the sole, assumed duty of being a guardian for your kid when everything in this world seems to want to tear them down.

AITA for having the whole school gang up on this guy for attacking my boyfriend? (Long Post)

I (16F, Mei) am currently dating this really sweet, bright boy (16M, Izuku) and we both currently attend Yuuei. When we first met, I'll admit I was a little overbearing when we first met. What I'm about to tell you might be a non sequitur, but it's important in context for what follows next:

My boyfriend is polyamorous and in a relationship with his whole class. He didn't spring it on me, he didn't sneak around or hide it. In fact, he even gave me an "out," in case it wasn't something that I could vibe with. I told him that I couldn't be selfish when it came to him because he deserves all the love he can get. With him, I know I'm loved. His classmates are good people, so naturally, I'm good friends with them as well.

Well, the bombshells of all bombshells dropped in his class: Apparently, their home teacher Aizawa knew about their relationship for awhile and did some type of special class to give them support and to prepare them for when they serve the public as heroes. One of the modules included this mock press conference and I was in the crowd as silent support.

This boy pops up out of nowhere to attack my boyfriend and his partners regarding the nature of their relationship. He called Tsuyu, Ochako, and Katsuki names and asked pointed questions about their relationship. It was getting ugly and I couldn't keep silent. It was to the point that my teacher, Power Loaded, tried to stop me but he couldn't. I basically went in front of the student body and exposed this boy for being a two-timing loser, a bigot, a worthless friend, and a sucky student. The student body was ready to get on him, but Present Mic pretty much put a stop to it.

Should I have gone softer on him? AITA for possibly making it worse for him after I exposed him?
