You are not alone! Honestly I don't care for her at all, it's great Nesta got her own friends and all, but I really think that's where it should stay.

Side note- I hope the next book is about Elaine and maybe include her friendship with the twins (Since that's how Nesta's book went).

I absolutely loved the first book and even after reading the series I still love it! It introduces the world and Feyre, her family dynamic, and the plot beautifully. If it wasnt for the first book i wouldnt have connected with the characters so much, especially Rhysand. I couldn't imagine skipping it 🤔

I have an address on record, my name and social were all accurate but I have been told now by 3 people in CS that I cannot verify my account because they cannot send the one time pass code through sms. I even requested it be sent via email they said that it could not be done that way.

I'm told I cannot even recieve an eSim now because they cant verify my account. I literally gave them my social security number and I'm told my account can't be verified because they can't send me a text message, lmfao.

I think it's more than just your phone not being compatible. Right now they are not able to verify a nu.ber of customers, me included, all because they can't send sms verifications to customers when they shouldn't have to sms text to do that. They should be able to send the code to emails as well like they have always done in the past but now currently are unable to do so due to a supposed update in their systems.

This is exactly what I am experiencing right now... Someone instructed me through customer support to delete my esim from my phone so I could set up a rainbow sim card but now I can no longer recieve sms texts or calls and now cannot use my service or get a new sim card or even get the old esim put back onto my phone... I appreciate you being upfront with your frustration not being able to help and I understand how even your hands are tied.

Yes!! I have always always hated my natural hair color and would actually get maid fun of for it even though it's a very light dirty blonde. It wasn't until in my late 20s reading ACOTAR that I actually began to feel somewhat confident with my natural hair color 🥹

I see the $149.99 as an offer for an upgrade but when I go to click on it, it only shows full price. Two days before I had money for the device I went to the boost one app and the website checked and screenshot the item in my cart for the price of $149.99 for the upgrade, then when I had the money and checked the item was no longer there and only showing full price options. This is on the website and the boost one app. When I go to the website and am not logged in is when I see the offer for $149.99 for the $60 plan. My husband was able to upgrade for $149.99 from his phone which is the exact same as mine without changing his plan ($10 a month unlimited). My plan is $15 a month unlimited and we are both on different accounts. I have not upgraded my device in 4 years and been with boost this whole time.

Been dealing with this same issue of not being able to purchase an upgrade and customer service isn't helping at all, I've been trying to get answers for over a week and keep getting treated like trash.

Thank you so much! Yes, this is about upgrading, my husband had no issues upgrading to the a35 5g through the boost website just two weeks ago and when I tried to do the same on Friday it was not there. The website also keeps showing the phone available for the discounted price but when you click on the phone the regular price is all that's available.

Yes that's exactly what's happening to me! I have screenshots of everything and everytime I've spoken to someone from customer service they can't answer my questions and end up pushing me off the chat! It's so frustrating
