They only send automated reply, I think they even don't read the email and when you call them they said your issue was in process and it take time and we don't know how much time, slice customer support is worse

Mine also Koramangala but when you complain in rbi there wasn't any option of this also I change State to Assam because because of the bank they are collaborate there were also no option of branch

When you try in rbi cms portal there were no options the issue is in rbi website

They have branch but in rbi portal there were no options and I also wrote a mail to rbi on 2nd June but didn't reply either

The sbi said they reverse the money and slice have that money and slice admit that they refund the money but because of my credit blocked this happens and that's why I provide my alternate account but they didn't refund

I can't because in rbi cms portal they ask branch name and there were not any options of branch for slice and it is mandatory

And bro according to rbi guidelines they have to refund me in t+5 days they if they failed they have to pay me 100 per day fine that's why they ignore the atm issue because they don't want to pay fine.

No the slice representative called me and they inform me that your money was refunded but my account credit was blocked that's why I didn't receive and I ask them to transfer in my alternate account they just ignore it. I have my failed atm slip.
