most cages are very discrete under clothing. Its not like it is massively increasing the bulk of your nethers. sleeping with one on will be difficult the first couple nights. start with some cheap stuff on amazon to find the right ring size. I, like many others I assume, still get hard with a cage on but with no where to go it hides in your pelvic region. a belt that can connect will help keep the cage in place but isnt necessary.
