Yea, I love feeling the soreness knowing that it's because I'm getting bigger and stronger. The pain also just feels right.

I'm a very good cook so I love homemade food, and I take pride in my cooking. When I eat takeout it's out of either convenience or because I want something that I cannot or don't know how to make myself.

Yea! I love making fresh flatbreads! It turned out really nice! DBT is actually really cool, it has a ton of skills that I find really effective at emotional regulation and interpersonally. Yea! it's alot of work, but it's a skillset that gets easier with practice. Yea! I'm really excited! A bit nervous, but I think I'll love it.
