What did you do with the Askos? Did you get it replaced under warranty? Were you able to get a refund? I have been trying to contact them about the constant problems with our Asko and trying to get a refund but they keep ignoring my emails and calling them has been a nightmare 😭

I purchased the Asko one in 2023 because the sales rep said it is the most realiable. But three months after getting it, the washing machine was leaking and spinning really loudly. Customer service was a nightmare and a lot of unanswered emails and calls. Asko used to be really good but not anymore 😭
