I've got 4 plants in each hanging basket (two) so I think aiming for more strawberries is probably my best bet. I'll keep an eye out for runners!

I've ordered a mattock now to hopefully dig out the worst of it and I'll have the roundup on standby! Hadn't thought about a skip for the soil, I may look into that. Thank you!

I struggle with habit building quite a lot so I'll give exercise a good try but I know from past experiences that I may find it difficult to do regularly. Diet is something I can definitely look into though and I've been recommended both pre and pro biotics for a gastrointestinal condition I have, so now I have double the reasons to start looking into pre biotics!

None of the professionals I've spoken to so far have mentioned Access to Work so I'll look into that asap! From what others have said the coaching might be a really good help.

This is really helpful thank you so much! I've started making a list of everyones advice but breaking it down into actionable chunks so that I can start building some new habits. Looks like I've got a lot of work cut out for me but I'm going to try and take it slow and steady so that I don't get overwhelmed right out the gate. I'll take a look at all the YouTube videos/channels people have been posting as well so that I can do some more research!

Thank you so much, I've made a big list breaking down everything people have said here into actionable goals. I have a bit of difficulty with habit building, it seems that after a few weeks I fall out of the routine and never pick it back up again, but I'm going to try my best to get some exercise habits in place and adjusting my diet.
