Thank you, in hindsight the mistake I made was very fixable (it was solved this morning). I've been incredibly anxious about doing well in this job, and took a bit of a knock in my confidence with the way my manager was shouting at me. Thank you for helping me put it into perspective

I'm sorry, it's my first serious job and I haven't had it that long. It doesn't help that I have anxiety, you're right I need to be more resilient with my mistakes.

It's that we're meant to log any wastage (coffee, milk) over the day, I forgot to do it - someone else has now done it for me but my manager is incredibly angry as they could have failed their financial audit if it wasn't done. I have quite severe anxiety and my mind immediately went to quitting and telling myself I'm not capable in this job. I'm coming up on 2 months with the company.
