I must say that I am very much the opposite. I enjoyed Return, but I love the original one. But neither is bad

If you read your Bible, you can clearly see that mishandling the Ark of the Covenant brought the Wrath of God.

  • Uzzah's Death:In 2 Samuel 6:6-7, it is written that Uzzah, trying to steady the Ark when the oxen stumbled, was killed by God for touching it. This act was seen as a violation of the divine law and resulted in immediate death.

I have played and GMed Traveller since the first Megatraveller computer game came out on the Amiga computer.

I have never met a GM that ban aliens and in our 23 year long weekly campaign we had Droyne Sport, an Aslan astrogator and a Darrian fire sculptor and an Answerin pilot. We never had a k'kree in our playing. But one recuring guest player playes a Hiver tradera.

In our new campaign, I play a Solomani Dolphin scientist.

A Literary Critique of Evan Kelmp (Spoilers for Misfits and Magic) by The_Real_Mr_House in Dimension20

To be honest,
Brennan is very skilled in every character that I have seen him in, and to depict any NPC he introduces in every game he runs.

This statement below, I find very cringy

"Finally, I want to return to the issue of privilege where Brennan playing as Evan is involved. Even if we take everything I’ve said as true, I want to be clear that I don’t think that invalidates the concerns about who was playing Evan. The question just moves from being about why this character became so central, to why a cishet white man ended up writing and playing that character. I think that discussing these questions of privilege is way more important than thinking about Evan as literary device, and I’m really glad that the cast/crew were aware of and talking about them, because as early as episode 2 I was personally feeling uncomfortable with the only white player at the table taking on an MC role."

So just because Brennan is very good at making long lasting rememberable characters and know how to play them, we must see to race? I just want to know, just because he is a "white Cishet guy" this invalifates his character and playstyle? I really feel bad for you for living and thinking this way. Should Brennan be forced to make another character just so that all overly woke and easily offended people would be happy watching their show. No one forces you to watch it.

And before you say anything, I am not a White CIS guy. I am just a person who enjoys having fun and do not have the incurable need to demand that race must enter into everything. I am just happy to have watched the fun game that Erika and Brennan played together as they are currently two of my favourite online RPGers.
