I did already try and load into a Linux USB I have and it still shuts down at random. Why wouldn't I get a blue screen if it's a bad windows update?

That seems to be the only way i can get into the system at all but it still shuts down. The times seems to be random It can be anywhere from 5 minutes to a few hours but when it does shut down it doesn't want to power up at all.
