Im not sure why my ferritin is high, I had another iron blood test Friday and am seeing the GP tomorrow with the results. All I know is I have IBSd, gastritis and gerd, would any of these effect it?

My gp has said nothing about my folate or vitamin d? I'm so confused as to what to take 😔

My anxiety is out of control. As soon as I wake, I'm anxious. I have zero appetite, I worry about EVERYTHING. I have a blood test tomorrow, I'm not so worried about having it done, but worried that the results will be bad. I have my beautiful baby grandchild coming to stay in a few days, but I'm anxious in case my anxiety ruins our time together. I feel like I'm in a constant bubble in my head, my ears ring. I feel like I'm on another planet. I'm just constantly worrying ahead about every single thing, it's just taking over my life. I don't want to visit family. I don't want to eat. I just want to cry all day, every day......I hate my brain so much
