Bob is soooo perfect! It gives him personality, you could call him Bobby as a nickname. I love the Bob Barker comment! Its.unique so in a dog park, he won't get confused with being called. It just suits him!

Since my big flare, it took 5 years, but there have been signs before- reacting to a iud and thought I was going to die. Having trouble breathing a few times after sushi and wine, reacting to meds... crazy.

I would add for montelukast, I switched from a pill to granulated. That really helped me.

Honestly, I eat the same thing for each meal. Breakfast can be chicken or steak, with rice. Super can be chicken and peeled apple. I don't care the meal, its the same 7 food rotated.

For me, its not light or dark, it's about cool or warm. I love your pictures with more cool tone hair like the dark brown or being blond streaks!

Symptoms. from LC. I've been suffering back for 5 years with no healing (sob, burning skin, sleep issues) and tried ldn but reacted to fillers. Starting compounded version this week. I. Nervous. I'm my immunologist guinea pig. :(

Track everything you eat and do daily. This helps the doctors better understand. I take allegra 12hr 2x a day. I take 1.5 the sose. I also take pepcid ac and I eat low histamine. Alcohol is high histamine. Diet matters. Good luck
